Such an outstanding service! 2 years ago we bought sun loungers at Dumas Design. Unfortunately, recently the textilene got torn a little at a joint. When I asked to have it repaired, they offered to replace them for free! That is what I call a big 'Wow' for customer service!

Fantastic people and service - bought a life size bull for a special birthday (talk of all our neighbours and scared the dogs for a day as so real) and got a bottle of cava too !

And what turns out.... if something turns out to be wrong with it, they will spare no effort to get everything back in tiptop order. So don't buy, deliver and see you never again. No... even after almost a year, they show up and expertly attempt to get everything back together perfectly. And not just attempted, just done in a very competent way!!!I have not often experienced that service at other companies in such a way.Absolutely WONDERFUL!
