The item I want is out of stock. When will it be available to purchase again?

Ah! We're sorry that we don't have your product readily available for shipping. As we supply a wide range of products, unfortunately there is no universal answer. If an item is listed as out of stock, it’s usually still in the early stages of production. However, you can always contact us for more information.

When will I receive my order?

If you have placed an order for an in stock item, estimated delivery is usually 10-15 working days, however we will always strive to deliver to you as soon as possible. If you have ordered a pre-order item, you can find your estimated delivery time on the product page and your order confirmation. Please note, delivery timeframes are estimates only and are subject to change.

If you are unsure about a delivery time before placing your order and require the products by a certain date, it's best to give us a call beforehand to avoid disappointment. We always turn products around as fast as we can, but we also do our best to manage expectations! For more information on our delivery process, you can check out our shipping policy, available on our footer in the website.

How can I pay for my order?

 

When ordering our products, you will use the Shopify Payments option which includes MasterCard, American Express, Google Pay, Visa & Apple Pay. Or just choose our PayPal option.

 

How will my delivery be made?

Great question! Our products deserve a great delivery service, which is why we offer our delivery service within 50km completely free of charge on all orders over € 250,- to all customers in a 50km radius. The delivery service includes a one or two man delivery, product assembly, and removal of all product packaging. This means you can place your order online (or over the phone) with ease, and not have to worry about the delivery or product set-up either! In the case you live within 50km from our company delivery costs will not be calculated, this option will be shown at checkout, please make sure this option is also mentioned during checkout, so that we can arrange this service. If your checkout doesn't show this option, please contact us so that we can make the relevant arrangements.  

As part of the delivery service offered by DUMAS DESIGN, all large furniture deliveries to our clients within the 50km radius are carried out by our dedicated and qualified team of. Beyond this radius items may be carried by our partners and courier services, such as GLS, MRW, MART CARGO, L&H Logistics, SEUR, UPS, DHL or companies like these. 

Deliveries outside of Spain will be made by a mix of pallet and parcel courier services. A curb side delivery is most commonly used (especially on our larger items), and means the goods will be delivered to the point closest to your front door that is accessible by the truck carrying the goods, in most instances this will be the end of your driveway. Our standard services do not include set up or assembly of items or removal of packaging materials. 

Please inform us of any delivery restrictions as we may be unable to deliver if you live down a road or driveway that the delivery truck cannot access without causing damage to the truck. This would unfortunately result in refunded products or additional delivery charges.
